I understand that life happens. However, as a small business cancellations and no shows can really hurt. Appointments are time reserved just for you! It is extremely important that I am able to accommodate and provide the best scheduling options for you all. With that being said, please reach out atleast 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any reservations! Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 fee. A same day cancellation or no show will result in fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cannot be rescheduled without a no show fee being paid.
